- Due to the drought and the post-Lahaina fire rules that are out of our control, the pool surface has some slight bubbling, which cannot be repaired at this time. The pool is serviced and tested weekly for safety
- This 2-story home requires a step to enter. The 1st floor offers 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom
- Lawn service will be on-site every other week, and pool service will be on-site weekly
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located by the front door facing the front entrance and driveway, 1 camera is located by the laundry room facing the driveway, and 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The backyard camera will be off during guest stays; however, the remaining 2 cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence
